This recent masonry project included changing damaged lintels, Rebuilding parapet walls, and fixing shifted stones that was allowing water penetration. 

This Project had a water issue that was damaging the interior of the units. This is the condition of the I-beam that was behind the brick. it was changed and installed with proper flashing.
